Behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aid

Resting behind your outer ear, their bigger size makes them more visible — but easier to handle and clean. BTE hearing aids handle anything from mild to profound hearing loss and have the best battery life.

Receiver-in-canal (RIC) hearing aids

While the microphone, amplifier, and processor sit outside the ear, the receiver is placed directly into the ear canal. This makes RICs a slightly more discreet option for people with mild to moderate hearing loss.

In-the-ear (ITE) hearing aids

With no external components, ITEs are even less noticeable. They’re fitted using an impression of your ear, resulting in a more comfortable fit. Plus, they’re available in different colours, depending on your skin tone.

Completely-in-the-canal (CIC) hearing aid

Virtually invisible hearing aids with a custom-made, soft silicone casing for a very comfortable fit. Rather than sitting on the bowl of your ear, CICs are placed in the ear canal.

CROS hearing aids
